Self-Love Edition

I impulsively bought this pack when it was first released, and I'm glad I did. The questions in the deck introduced me to some thought processes and beliefs that weren't serving me whatsoever, and they made me also reflect on my inner dialogue (it wasn't hospitable). There were cards I actively skipped and waited to answer (especially the relationship cards!), but that just highlighted how much I needed to confront them sooner than later. I used the entire deck within a week and now include them in my daily journaling practice, shuffling them until a card (or a few) pop out. If you're looking to heal your relationship with your own existence and really challenge your limiting beliefs and/or potential past hurts or simply remain connected to yourself, this is the pack for you. 🤎

I am a huge believer on self care and taking care of your mental health simultaneously. As soon as I saw this come out I knew I had to get it! It is so important to connect with ourselves and dedicate time, even if it is playing with these cards or doing any other activity, so we can really nurture our soul. Each person does it differently, but I would definitely recommend to do it this way. This game has changed so much for me:). 10/10 recommend
