This journal has been a good tool regarding taking time, event if only a moment, to be present each day. I highly recommend this journal!

    Amazing :')

I use this almost everyday. I have most of the decks of cards and use those as journal prompts. I used to have the hardest time journaling because I never knew what to write about. I usually pick a deck based on how I'm feeling that day then pick out 3-4 cards. I'll write down the question then the answer so I can look back whenever and know what I was responding to. Sometimes I journal for 5-10 minutes, other days I wind up taking a whole hour, or anywhere in between. Journaling has become something I look forward to and that deeply helps with my mental health. I am forever grateful for this journal and the question card decks. Love y'all <3333

I struggle with journaling sometimes because I never know what to write and it doesn’t feel like I get my thoughts and feelings out enough on paper. This Journal has definitely helped me a lot to be able to express myself more with the different prompts, I feel better about what I’m writing and it doesn’t sound like a broken record with me repeating myself over and over again. I highly recommend buying it. Super cute, nice journal size and the prompts are amazing. They really get you thinking and realizing a lot more about yourself, others and everything around you.
