    just what i needed

i love this journal a lot, especially the prompts. writing down my feelings is my favorite way to destress and the prompts make it easy, fun, and helpful. it's nice that you can answer one prompt per day too! i'm excited to finish it and look back through every page to feel the feelings i felt over the year :)

    Something to look forward to

I’ve never kept a journal before so I really enjoy the prompts to guide me. It’s interesting to look back and see how you have changed. Also, similar to talk therapy, using this journal has made me think about my life more objectively and optimistically. I look at and fill out one prompt a day so it’s something to look forward to. I definitely recommend it to everyone as a quick grounding and reflecting exercise.

    Incredible Daily little task

I am really enjoying the daily little entries and questions. It's not a big thing and I think that can be the way forward. Just one thing to reflect on. I'm keen to see it through to 2024
